Easter Cupcakes

Since I posted the picture of the pupcakes a month or so back, I thought I'd also post a picture of the Easter Cupcakes we made for the Central Park Easter Brunch. I'm pretty sure someone had asked to see them. Yes, Adam, you can request blog posts, but keep in mind not all blog post requests will be granted. :) These cupcakes didn't take quite as long as the pupcakes, but they still took a very long time! They didn't seem quite as daunting to decorate, maybe because decorating the Easter egg tops can be kind of random and wasn't necessarily supposed to turn out looking like something - like puppies. The grass under the eggs was quite an undertaking, but we did get to test out several of Amy's 52 icing tips.
